We originally booked this company to seep the chimney. He arrived on time and got straight to the task. He asked us if we needed our furnace ducts cleaned and asked for an inspection. We realized we hadn't done tis is ~ 5 years with a kitchen renovation, so we went ahead. He was very professional and cleaned it all. In the end we felt that the $250 we spent on both of these was well spent and with a company that felt good to work with.

We had a flood in our main floor bathroom and the insurance company covered the replacement of the floor tile. We decided to do the shower stall as well and asked the restoration company to include it in their work. After they took samples of the floor tile for hazmat they informed us that they would need to have a hazmat team do the work which would cost 2x the original quote and the shower still would not be included - opting us an additional $2500. We contacted Peter at Koziel and he offered a solution to lay tile on TOP of the original tile instead of tearing out what was there. the estimate was $1000 and he could do it 2 days later in 2 days. We went with Koziel and found Peter and Max to be completely reliable and professional in their work and attitude. The job looks great and you'd never know there was old tile beneath the new tile. I highly recommend Koziel tile and will use them again for any job - big or small!

Within the last year or so we had our refrigerator and dishwasher fixed. I believe ProFix Appliance Repair did help us with at least one of these jobs. Although, I’m not entirely sure which one. In any case, with both fixes the workers who came were on time and professional. I thought they did a good job overall.

We received 2 quotes for the job and both came in very close to each other. We decided to go with Neil at Nu-Phase Electric as he seemed to think more "outside-the-box" than the other electrician we met. In the end, we were very happy to have worked with Neil who was professional, courteous, and helpful when we just didn't know what-to-do.

We invited John to give us a quote and his quote was perfectly in-line with the 2 others we received. We chose Mr. Sandless over the other 2 based on our schedule and their availability. John, Ellie, and their son were very professional, did exactly what they promised, punctual, offered great advice, and left us with beautiful refinished fir floors despite the age and condition of the floors we presented to them. I would definitely call on them again and will refer them to my friends or neighbours. Thank you Mr. Sandless for making this work painless!
