I had the pleasure of dealing with Murray from What a Pane. He was extremely punctual, courteous, clean with his work and patient in showing us the various designs. I was very pleased with the quality of both the product and the workmanship. What a difference a well made/installed insert looks in a dark entry way. I would highly recommend What a Pane to anyone looking for high quality door inserts for a very affordable price!

Andy is one of the best customer service person that I have dealt with in a long time. He was very accomodative to our needs and provided the best guidance in helping us get the right mattress. I had numerous questions for him and he was always quick to respond via email. He helped us customize the mattress build by adding the features I wanted, even though it meant it would take longer to get our mattress. Additionally, after delivering a low-profile box spring (which didn't work for us), he graciously came out again a 2nd time and swapped it with an even lower one. We decided on the Natural Escape Firm mattress and I must say that I have had the best sleep on it in years. I had a lot of back problems and after sleeping on this, they all seemed to have disappeared!!
