garden door installed, salesperson & installer measured wrong size. 6 weeks later another door . 4 crews later still having issues just butchered the lock. when door is closed you can see outside only thing that would make me happy is a new set of doors.

Hello Bill, thank you for your feedback. We did make an initial error with this custom sized door which I know must have been a frustrating delay for you. The door has since been replaced and seals as it should. I understand there is no damage to your lockset.
