Horrible customer service. I complained to Gingers and Duravit about the flushing quality of the Stark III toilet we bought. I had to call Gingers several times to get a response. When I finally did get a reponse I was told by John Cook they'd had already left me a message, which they never did. During our conversation I was told the issues was with the plumging in my house and had nothing to do with the toilet. I was also they've sold many Duravit toiets and NEVER had a problem. However they would send someone to check out our pluming and if there was a problem we'd have to pay!!!!. The next day I went to Home Hardware and bought a Toto toilet and it works just perfectly!!! For the price they charge I would expect much better customer service.

Horrible processfrom the start to the finish. Brampton Kitchen Cabinets did a very poor quality job painting and terrible installation. Things go so bad, that at one point when the installation was delayed and we had only half the kitchen and the installer was being rude in my own home, I actaully had to ask the instraller to leave my home immediately! I've never had such a miserble renovation expereince. The paint on several cabinets didn't match the sample colour, then the wrong sized doors were delivered and to top it off the delivery was several weeks behind schedule. We never got anymore then a simple sorry from Brampton Kitchens.

Having moved 4 times in the past 8 years I can truely say that Economical Moving & Storage are wonderful. They have always taken great care with our fragile furniture. One of the moves was to a condo and a piece of furniture wouldn't fit into the elevator, so they tired the stairs, after 4 floors it wouldn't fit any higher. The guys were great, they carried it back down the stair and took it to a their warehouse until we could make arrangements for it. They have always been very nice!
