I had heard so many wonderful things about Penfolds and had witnessed their work first hand, that I didn’t want other estimates. Penfolds pricing is very competitive and their craftsmanship is exceptional. I hired them to install 5 skylights, a new roof, new vents, new gutters and downpipes. They did this in the middle of the winter. They also came on 2 occasions, prior to beginning the work, to fix small leaks. They quickly arrived and fixed those leaks free of charge. All of the staff and workers from the salesperson to the leak-fixers, to the installers were proficient in their work and very professional. I searched all over Vancouver for just the right flooring. I had something in mind and couldn't find it anywhere. I went to Nufloors and I couldn't believe the selection. They have books of flooring samples that are not even on display. With the help of Don James, I found the exact (and I mean exact) flooring that I had envisioned. They ordered it and installed it very quickly. Nothing was too much trouble for this company. The installers were fast, friendly careful, efficient and very professional. Nothing is a problem with these folks. The staff is always courteous and helpful. When they arrive, they assess the situation and then give you a quote based on the amount of junk they will haul away. They are always right on and sometimes even less than the quote. I've used this company 4 times now, and it's usually same day service. I wouldn't use anyone else. They are the most trustworthy and the most professional.

Modus did an amazing job of designing and installing my Ikea kitchen. They also built me the most incredible 14-bottle wine rack to match my cabinets. I'm absolutely thrilled with my beautiful new kitchen. They are a very professional company with extraordinary staff. My next projects are my bathrooms and walk-in closets.
