Allan, Damian and his team did a glorious job installing a sprinkler system at our home. The system went in without a hitch (in a single day!), it works beautifully, and is incredibly easy to program and use. Waters & Brookes exceeded my expectations in every way. Thank you!

Renato paid us a return visit tonight. He had installed our HE Furnace in 2008. Tonight he replaced our water heater with a power vent model, and (thankfully) took the Direct Energy water heater rental with him when he left. At the same time, he connected a combustion air intake pipe to the HE furnace he installed last year. All went as planned. He showed up. Did his thing. Finished his wine. Left. Maybe we can have him back next year to do a fireplace insert. You go Croatian-man!

Renato and Samac did an excellent job - showed up on time, there were no surprises. The new High-Efficiency furnace cost about the same as a Mid-Efficiency quote we received from another dealer. Renato will steer you in the direction of products that provide good value rather than making him the most money. I have already recommended Renato to my neighbour.
