I had junk, a lot of it. The two fellows from Junk King came and quoted me a price and when I agreed started loading right away. Half way through the load I asked them if I could add a couple of more bags to the pile and they took them from me, no hassle. They didn't have much to say, but they did a fine job.

I had a new roof put on my 100+ old house. The crew was done in two days and another stayed behind to do the flashing work. They were very nice, fast and did a great job. The flashing fellow was super detailed and did some nice extras for me. Great clean-up job and the roof has been great.
Bedroom Gut / Rennovation & Hallwary Opening
I had my back bedroom layers of drywall and lathe removed then re-insulated, drywalled and a second windows installed for more light. Downstairs they cut out a new doorway from the hallway to the living room to open up the space more. Scott and Mike do excellent work, correcting problems from previous work, and making sure the little details are finished of nicely. Most impressive is the "clean as we go" attitude. I never had a pile of garbage on my porch, they used an industrial air filters to minimize dust, vacuumed and or mopped(!!!) after each day. Even wiping down baseboards. I have an old house and nothing seemed to phase them. If I had a bigger budget I would have had let them loose as they seems to have some really creative ideas. That said they were great about scoping the work within my budget and setting good expectations. Thanks!
Removal and New Concrete Patio
I had a crumbled concrete patio and needed it removed and replaced. Domenic provided a very reasonable quote compared to other contractors (who I thought were very unreasonable) and so I was a little nervous about hiring him without any recommendations. However there was no need to worry as Domenic is an old fashioned concrete contractor. He called when his previous job ran a day late to say he wouldn't be there that day and then showed up with his sons who work with him during the summer. He knew exactly how to approach the job, offered good suggestions and completed the job within just a few days. I am very pleased with the final job. If you don't need any fancy stamping or decorative work, then Domenic is an excellent good choice for basic concrete work.
Professional and kind. I was given a quote and that was the exact price I paid when the job was done even though they had to a little adjustment to the opening and I decided on capping afterwards. They saw my bike and instead of two openers both the car visor, he gave one for my key chain so I could open it when I'm out on my bike. This is one of those situations that I wish I had more garage doors to do.
