Chris and the installers all did a great job at a good price. The quality of the doors is very good, and the installation was excellent, especially considering there were some specific challenges to be solved given the age and layout of the house. Chris was very responsive and proved himself and his company to be trustworthy by fixing a small issue that came up along the way, as issues often do, without fuss or bother. Everything you could want in an installer, highly recommended.

Steve at Belyea is one of the best in this or any other trade when it comes to customer service. He did a fantastic job assessing the job, setting out options, organizing the work, looking after details, being proactive, doing quality control, troubleshooting issues, communicating, and making sure the end result was top notch. You want someone - and a company - that has the ability and resources to figure out solutions if (when) things change or don't work perfectly the first time. Well, he's got it together, and so does this company. Hands down, great job, great experience. Highly recommended.

Hired them to install paver front walk and garden walls . Part of the work was pretty poor-looking. To their credit, they came back and did a better job the second time. But: they again didn't follow direction on materials which meant I had to do some fixes myself, there were still some things left undone, and it took a lot of cals before they actually followed through on repeated broken 'guarantees' that someone would be there to fix it that week, the next day, etc. Even then, things that should have been done and that they said they'd finish were left undone and they supplied obviously mismatched materials at the very end, so I'll have to undo/redo/do some of the work myself. Overall, mostly good results in the end but spotty execution (variable quality workers, I think) and more hassle than it should have been.

Pat, Tony, and their crew did a great job from start to finish. Their quote was competitive, they were always responsive to phone calls and emails, they started on time every day and kept the work site clean. I was kept informed on things as they progressed, and they worked really well with other trades coming in. They explained options clearly and solved problems, and even finished ahead of time. A contractor working next door told me he could tell they knew what they were doing. Everything came out great, the process went very smoothly, and everyone was a pleasure to interact with, plus they were really nice to my little boy, who loved watching it all. Great service all around - absolutely recommended.

Great service - came the same day I called and picked up the waste early the next day, including some last-minute added shrubbery, took everything they should have and nothing they shouldn't.

Robert provided the most informative quote (with pictures and explanations of issues with the old roof) and totally convinced me he knew what he was doing and wasn't trying to upsell me - I'm convinced I got both quality and value. They came almost right away when the spring rains started and did a great job, and quickly came back to deal with a very small issue when I emailed him right after the job (perfecting the install of gutter guard in a corner where birds had previously built a nest). Really good experience from start to finish.

Joe was great to work with and he and his crew did an amazing job. He was always responsive, listened and provided great advice. The tree looks fantastic and I don't think a twig of debris was left behind after the job. Would hire again without hesitation.

Mil did a perfect job hanging wallpaper on our dining room wall, centering the pattern beautifully, creating perfect seams and edges at top and bottom and around a fireplace mantel, all while accounting for an out-of-true ceiling line. The company was a pleasure to work with from start to finish, and we enjoyed Mil's company while he was in our home. In demand for good reason, he is a craftsman and a gentleman & we recommend him strongly.

They had the best price in the GTA, even better than online sites. The service was friendly and knowledgeable, and the blinds fit perfectly. This is my go-to place for window coverings.

Our older house needed an upgrade of its main fuse for insurance purposes - Dean showed up on time, explained what he was doing, thoroughly checked out the panel and wiring, added some grounding cables that should have been there all along, cleared out some old cables that had been left behind by earlier electricians, and overall seemed very competent. Will call him for all future electrical needs.

I called about a lack of heat in upstairs radiators. Their first attempt at diagnosis and treatment (after a no-show on the appointment) was to replace a pump, even though it seemed to be fine. Sure enough, the new pump did not fix the problem. The second attempt involved two guys spending several hours fiddling with boiler settings and googling on their blackberry(!) trying to figure it out. The problem was finally solved by cranking open a stuck valve they had overlooked. Multiple messages about the bill that later came off my CC - without an invoice - went unreturned. Dates when the manager promised to get back to me after 'looking into it' came and went without a word. When I did get a response, his story about what happened changed several times. Things hit their low point in a surprisingly unpleasant phone call with the owner.

Our couch came with under-stuffed back cushions, and after a few months the fabric on the throw cushions has started to fail. It took many calls over several months to get someone from the company out to look at the couch, and a couple more months to get things fixed.

Good: Aviv came out within 90 minutes of my call (5 other companies said 'next week, maybe'), quickly fixed a kitchen faucet that had defied my prior repair attempts, and gave good advice that saved me from buying a whole new washing machine. Not-so-good: The diagnosis for the main reason for the call, a leaking toilet - that it was just sweating in humid weather - ultimately turned out to be wrong - there was actually a leak in the supply line behind the wall. To be fair, though, there were other signs that pointed at sweating, so can't really blame them too much, esp. since I was willing to give the anti-sweating fix (i.e. towels under the toilet tank during the sweatiest weather) a try.
