We contracted Gold Star for window replacement of large front window facing street which are comprised of large picture window with a casement window on either side. We had several visits to the showroom and then Roman came to the house to measure and provide an exact price quote. Gold Star provided addresses in the are where work had been completed by them, and we drove around and looked at the houses. We were impressed with the quality of the products. Roman is a perfect gentleman, friendly, knowledgeable and professional.The wording of the contract paperwork was very complete and included all details. We were totally satisfied with the quality of the work and the wonderful crew.They cleaned the worksite each day.The showed up each day on time and had a supervisor overseeing every aspect of the job. At the end of the job, a different gentleman Andrew called to check to make sure that everything meets the customer's satisfaction. We could not be happier with the finished job.Our fifty year old house looks new and we are enjoying the warmth this winter. All in all, the Gold Star company exceeded our expectations. We were very very pleased with every aspect of our dealings with Gold Star and recommend them highly. I dreaded looking for contractors because of poor experiences in the past, and that is why we joined Homestars list. Gold Star also honored the discount given to Homestars List members!!
