Ali was very professional and polite. He and his colleague arrived on time and compelted their work on-time. He checked in often to confirm various options (quarterround style/colour, baseboards...) which was appreciated. And, most importantly the work was very well done. Our basement floor was far from even and we were told by other contractors that it would be very difficult to level and to lay laminant. It has been two years and we are still very happy with his work. We continue to receive compliments from friends on his work.

We completed a custom order at the Markham location in September. We were told it would take 3 moths to have our order created and delivered. Three months later after many unreturned calls and emails we finally get a hold of someone and are told the chairs will be delivered in another month. The day of delivery I notice that the chairs are the wrong chairs. We are assigned Rose at thier HeadOffice, whom is responsible for issues at this location. I didn't receive an appology until later that day. The service we received was absoluetly horroble. You'd think after paying upfront and waiting 4 months for chairs would and after all of that to receive the wrong chairs would warrant some empthy. It's been 3 weeks since we've contacted Rose in regards to their error in ordering the wrong chairs and still we are receiving horrible service. She fails to return calls, provide us any sort of resolution, nor has she even offered us any sort of reimbursement for the what will be 8 months of them having $2K of our money without the correct product provided. To summarize: - no customer service skills - poor organization (in their ordering and manufacturing system) I would strongly urge everyone looking to purchase furniture to shop somewhere else.
