The items are mainly scratch and dent, but the damage is usually fairly minor or in spots that wouldn't be seen. Their items also come with a 1 year parts and labour warranty.
We used Alberta Drywall Supply for the manufactured stone on the exterior of our new home. They had the best price in town and the product was pretty good too. They delivered the stone for a fair price. We are even now going to use them for the natural stone on some of the interior walls. Their product is good, their price is even better!

We contacted Elisabeth from Robinson Lighting and Bath when we needed a few lights replaced in the home we built. We bought our other lights from the US and we need a couple replacements. Elisabeth was great and we will definitely use them next time for the whole house!
We looked around and City Custom Doors offered the best price for what we were looking for. We ran into a few issues because of things missed by the framers and them having issues with their staff (our case got lost for a month or so), but in the end it all went well. To sum it up, they did great work, we had a few issues with staff (who in turn ended up getting let go) and we would use them again.
We had Doug and his crew come out and do the finishing carpentry on the new home we were building. They did a great job, were courteous and excellent to deal with. We were recommended to use Burnco for the concrete on our foundation and they didn't disappoint. In calling around, they had one of the better prices we were able to find for supplying concrete, and the service from the sales rep was pretty good. I would recommend them if you're looking for good people who can get a competitive price on supplying concrete in the Edmonton Area
After looking around at a few different plumbing companies for a new home we were building we came across Access Plumbing. Their pricing was competitive and their customer service was great. One thing I found was that when you deal with individual contractors it is more likely that they won't show up or answer their phone and that can prove to be a headache. With Access, seeing as their a larger company, someone almost always answers the phone an gets back to you...and they show up when they say. They were great to work with and I would definitely recommend them!
I was looking around for a good price on flooring in the Edmonton area and came across Carpet Superstores. I spoke with Sheila there and she was great! She helped me find the items I was looking for and at a price I wanted. They mainly had the carpet in stock so I had to go around to other places to find the hardwood and tile I wanted, tell them the items, and have them bring it in. All in all, a very good experience with them. If you need carpet, they are easy to work with. If you need other flooring, it may require a bit more work on your part to find the items (especially tile), but in the end their service was great.
