We had a dishonest roofer start work on our roof. When we suspected something was off, we stopped the unfinished work after one day. We called AVR the next day and they were very reassuring. Phil came out to our house almost immediately, and gave us great expert advice on how to proceed in our situation. He was also very understanding of how the experience left us feeling and how nerve wracking it was to have a tarped, unfinished roof for a number of days. He offered to be available to us by phone anytime for help and was extremely responsive to questions. The quote he provided was quite reasonable and competitive. Mark was able to visit us quite quickly when some of our baseboard heaters stopped working in December. He was able to wait while we purchased 2 new thermostats and then installed them for us. He also identified that one of our heaters is faulty and we ordered a new one. He also replaced an electrical outlet that was not functioning. He was friendly and provided good advice. We found his prices for the work quite reasonable. I would definitely use this company's services again.
