I have worked with Kevin in the past and knew him to be very knowledgeable, friendly and conscientious...so when we saw what we assumed was a cockroach, I didn't hesitate to call GTA. Very rapid response time, explained what was being done and why.....very helpful, and willing to do follow-up to make certain the problem is dealt with properly...I will (and have) recommend their services to friends and strangers alike....another top notch job

The technician, Kevin Diamond, was very knowledgeable, friendly and diligent. He was really, and this may sound silly, really passionate about his work. This is the third time we have used his services and have been very happy with the results. Kevin took the time to explain what he was doing and why, which was appreciated. I called GTA wildlife removal and pest control, and someone arrived on site within 20 min !(which was a great relief). The prices were more than reasonable (i expected to pay at least twice what was quoted). All in all, a solid service, friendly, knowledgeable staff and an effective treatment.....won't be seeing those little critters again
