It's nice not to have to worry about conventional roofing going in 6-7 years and where the next leak will occur. The Job was very professionally done and looks smart. The only complaint is that the three sets of snow guards do not keep the snow from falling in front of and blocking my garage door. It is too packed for a snow blower after it has fallen ten feet and if you don't shovel it immediately, it freezes solid and becomes very difficult to remove.

The chair is nice, but this has to be one of the worst cases of bad customer relations we have experienced. There was a mistaken overcharge on the original invoice at the Burlington store. We made no less than seven long distance phone calls to the salesman over a period of 2 months to attempt to get the charge reversed on our credit card account. Twice our call was not even returned by him. Each time the promise was made that it would be taken care of immediately. We finally had to drive 38 Km to the store and confront the salesman to have the overcharge reversed. If they're the only ones with the product you want and everything goes fine- okay, but don't have any problems or concerns. We hate to think how long it would take to get any action if we ever have to make a claim on the fabric warranty.

We are 100% happy with the whole procedure from beginning to end. The representative was very professional and knowledgeable and he followed up on every phase of the work. The installation crew worked through record-setting heat in July and did a beautiful job. Everyone says that it compliments the style of our home and has added considerably to its appearance. Overall, considering that we will never have to buy another roof, the price was very reasonable. Another bonus- it's all Canadian! We just love it and highly recommend HY-GRADE to anyone not wanting to waste their money on asphalt roofing that may last only 6-7 years as ours did.
