I'd give Baydoun Appliances mixed reviews. The first time we had them fix our dishwasher, they were great. Responsive, very knowledgeable and reasonable in cost. The second time I tried to contact them about another issue, two phone calls were not returned. They finally responded to my third attempt in 4 days to have them contact me. After that, I decided I'd try to find someone who was more responsive.

Scott (I think that's his name) was great, good with communication, neat with the work and reasonable in price. I'm grateful we have a good plumber in our area - good service people make life a little easier!

The first time Pierre came to fix previous bad electrical work in our house, he kept at the job until it was finished. He exceeded our expectations, and did it with a smile. We've had him back a few times (more previous bad electrical work) and have come to trust him. He truly is a class act. Oh, and his rates are very reasonable.
