Four Seasons Sunrooms Mississauga took my downpayment (almost $20,000) and disappeared without a trace (did not even declare bankruptcy, just vanished). Four Seasons head office in US will not reimburse me because the franchises are 'independent', never mind they use same name, logo and brochures. They can just take your money and disappear.
