We woke up this Monday to a breaker that tripped and couldn't be reset; no extraordinary load or other obvious problem. Dan was able to fit us in and ended up having to do some serious troubleshooting. Turned out we had a wire in the attic, apparently damaged by water/freeze-thaw cycles, that had shorted and burned through – lucky the house didn’t burn! Dan explained everything as he went through the process and did a repair that makes us feel safe in the house again. Couldn’t ask for a nicer person or a better job.

Michel came and spent a significant amount of time with us inspecting the area that needed repair and showing us exactly what needed to be done before we'd even committed to hire him. He and his siding guy came on time, did the job very professionally and left our site completely clean. We've had no further issues and we can't even tell there was ever a problem!

The crew did a really great job! The work was done thoroughly and work area cleaned up completely. The job turned out to be a bit bigger than they estimated, but Kinlar honoured their estimate.

Thank you for taking the time to write a review Heather!

KinLar Insulation always provides fixed priced estimates, it's easier for a customer to know what to expect and it avoids surprises.

When something changes on site, we try our level best to honour our original quote and in the large majority (almost all) cases we're able to do so.

Thanks!
