Luxcious quickly provided me with the quote that I requested. Their quote was about 50% less than the next closest quote (I got 3). Their work was completed on schedule. When the cushions did not fit as I wished, they made it right within 1 week with no difficulties. The shop isn't fancy but I found everyone there very pleasant to deal with. I would use them again and I recommend their services.
I am very pleased with the equipment recommended by Paul at CGM and the services (including installation) and follow up provided. My system looks and sounds as I had hoped.
Sprinkler Start-up, Repair and Upgrade
I contacted North Van Irrigation to request a start-up of the sprinkler system on my new home. Chris was able to fit me in for service that day and when my system's underground pipes leaked badly due to another company's poor quality repairs, he repaired them that day. He communicated the repairs required very clearly and showed me the pipes he was replacing and the issues with them. He also recommended some inexpensive upgrades to the system to ensure that the yard was getting complete sprinkler coverage. All of these services were completed at a very reasonable cost. Thanks!
