A review for Direct Energy Home Services

I have always received good service from Direct Energy from the time of booking to the actual work done. The service technicians are always very friendly and knowledgeable and good at answering any questions I have asked them. My only complaint is the 4 hour time frame given to us for this service. Two hours should be long enough.
