Ferguson's moved us out of our house at the end of August, stored our belongings for nearly 2 months, then moved us into our newly renovated space in the middle of October. Sounds simple but . . . we changed move out dates at least twice (based on new owner possession of the house), extended interim storage (from 2 weeks to 7 weeks) and then, because of the state of our condo renovation timing, had to reschedule our move in 4 times. Throughout all the timing issues, our Ferguson rep - Quinn, was up to every challenge. He even provided us with a handful of wardrobe boxes to assist us in the packing process. We had two different crews, one for move out and one for move in and everyone treated our belongings with great care and attention. We are very satisfied with the service provided us by Ferguson Moving and Storage. This is our second experience with Ferguson's and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them for your own moving requirements.

From start to finish I was impressed with Ferguson's. The phone consultant was up front about wanting an estimator to see our belongings so they could do as accurate a quote as possible. Ken Mercer was punctual and professional and provided some excellent feedback that I was not getting over the telephone with two other moving companies. We had some difficulty with pinning down a move date and changed the initial date twice. Ferguson's rolled with us and were able to accommodate our situation. On moving day, the 3-man crew (Tom, Gavin and Adrian) showed up on time, rolled out the mats in our loft and got down to work! We also had a stop at our off-site storage facility and the guys simply worked. They were friendly and took great care of our possessions! On to our new home and they were entirely respectful of our new space. We couldn't have been more pleased with our selection of Ferguson's and will highly recommend them for any of our friends moves in the future. Invoicing and follow up was completed in quick succession.
