From the moment we walked in, we were treated like human beings.. They were professional, courteous, and told us the way it is.. They are far above and beyond any of the big box stores or anyone else we've been to. We actually had a problem with our furniture on delivery (not THEIR fault, something got damaged in delivery) but they ended up taking responsibility and making it right. You WILL pay a bit more with K.I.D.S. but you still get significant value due to their superb service, quality product, and high standards. THe next time I need kids furniture, I will be going back to K.I.D.S.
