We called Northwood to conduct maintenance on both our furnace and A/C to ensure that both would be running fine. In the end they were very courteous and did not pressure us into any new hardware. Our A/C and Furnace are relatively new and they said as such, and ensured us that disregarding any freak accidents or anything unforseen our A/C and furnace would last us a long time with appropriate maintenance.

We recently had to change 2 of our older toilets for newer ones as we noticed they were leaking and it was evident when we received our water bill. They were very friendly and recommended which toilets to buy and ensured that they would fit. No complaints as they were very quick.
