Last year I purchased two very expensive dining arm chairs from Elizabeth Interiors. I was pleased with the style and was expecting a high quality chair considering the cost. Approximately 2 weeks ago one chair was accidently tipped over and the top rail shattered. I of course called Elizabeth Interiors for guidance. I spoke with Elizabeth herself who asked for a picture of the damage. After waiting almost 2 weeks for a reply I called again. I was told they did receive my email. I asked what I could do to have the chair repaired ... I received very little help and a good deal of attitude. Elizabeth Interiors does carry a great selection of furniture and they are very friendly when you are purchasing their products ... however I found them unhelpful once the sale was made. I will not be making any further purchases at Elizabeth Interiors.
