When I was building this chair I accidents missed the guide holes and broke the arm rest. The boys there happily gave me a new arm rest for the chair..free! Out on my back patio now with cool lemonade to drink on my oak treated chair!

Good stock of oak trim. They do special orders but for what we needed they did it immediately. Great service and knowledgeable staff. Much better than big box stores. Would return definitely! Price based on large basement, solid oak.

These guys came in and did a bang up job on my hot water tank. Unfortunately, when they were done they left a lot of water on the floor that stepped under the hardwood. I talked to the manager and worked out a fair deal to clean it up and got a good discount. Mistakes happen, I'm glad they stepped up and fixed theirs. Would use again.
