Crew arrived early and were very pleasant and polite. Had a walk around house and pointed out the vent locations and they just then got on with the job. Showed me very clearly what they were doing and at the point they were snaking the ducts they showed me the debris being extracted. I can only say that the previous company that did this job at my home 4 years ago(source: telemarketer) did not use this equipment. I was very pleased with the work they did especially by showing me the procedure. Delicatus even cleaned my outside dryer vent which also the last company did not do. Now feel confident my duct work is clean ready for when the furnace is needed. Would definitely recommend their services .

Flavio advised me as to the procedure of notifying the city to come to turn off the water outside, then when done (9pm) scheduled the work the very next morning. Gave me a very competitive price compared to direct energy plumbing quote . Very pleasant service with excellent workmanship and clean up afterwards. Now awating quote for some more work that was shown to him during this service call. Incidentally I found this company from Homestar reviews .

Firstly the initial visit from Steve Stefoff was clear and informative with no pressure put on us whatsoever. Pricing was competetive to other quotes received and warranties were excellent. Installation date was then set up and reconfirmed later. The installation crew of John,Todd & Ryan worked through the extreme heat of 40+C on the day but kept at it and finished mid afternoon. Todd then gave me a quick walk over the new items with some basic pointers but assured me if any further info was required to not hesitate to contact them.
