A review for MAXgreen Windows and Doors Ltd.
Decided to do a major facelift to our house this summer replacing windows, siding and deck. The windows portion of the job included replaceing 14 windows and 2 sliding glass doors. Adam took the time to go through all of the options available to us and window considerations with the new siding. The installation process was really smooth and the installer, Jim, kept us in the loop throughout the job. I was left with a sense of security knowing that the job was done right. Rot in the framing around our front bay windows was ripped out and replaced and improved to prevent future rotting. The windows look great inside and out with care taken on the exterior cladding and interior trim. Thank-you Adam and Jim!

Hello Curtis, Sorry for the delay in replying to your review! We have been very busy this summer working with a lot of new great customers! Unfortunately rot is sometimes an issue in older homes, but we do our best to either repair what is there at no cost or at a low cost for our customers. Other companies may look at that situation as an opportunity to get an unfair amount of extra money out of their customers because the customers have no choice but to replace the rotten framing at that point. We try to be as fair to our customers as possible, even replacing rotten sill plates at no additional charge and consulting with our customers about more extensive water damage.
