A review for Highland Moving & Storage Ltd. | Starline Overseas Moving

I thought I had done my research going with Highlands. But you really can't guarantee who shows up that day. Organizing the move went very well with Arliss. The guys showed up on time. They used the runners... and stayed on them...most of the time. I feel things fell apart on the move in. I felt they slowed down to make sure they got some overtime despite us asking them to only bring the furniture that was large into the house. All other items could stay in the garage which they backed right up to. They made lots of marks on the wall of our newly built house. Dented our solid wood stairs and totally scratched up the fronts and backs of the two chairs that I was worried about them moving. They said don't worry - "we will blow your mind". They removed the backs of the chairs and took them out in two pieces. They must not have wrapped the bottoms. And they didn't even have the guts to let us know before they left - yup - they blew my mind.
