Mr. Rescue (Charlie) was a pleasure to business with. He was reliable, honest, and went above and beyond in his work and in his service. We hired Charlie to repair the drywall in our basement after a flood earlier in the summer. His estimate for the work was reasonable and fair, and he did not overcharge us on anything. His team did a fantastic job and their clean-up was impeccable. In addition, Charlie was always available to answer any questions and explain anything that I wanted clarified. I would have no hesitations whatsoever in recommending Mr. Rescue to my friends and family, and I will continue to hire him for future projects.

I contacted Victory Locks based on the positive feedback from this site. Tom was very friendly and great to deal with. He answered my questions over the phone and was willing to arrange a time to come to my home based on my schedule. He came by on a Sunday morning and did a fantastic job changing with the locks, and explained everything to me so I could fully understand what he was doing. Not only was he and his assistant a pleasure to deal with, his pug, who came to help out, too, was adorable!

He came to my home to take measurements and brought several samples. He was even willing to accomodate my work schedule. When he returned to do the installation he arrived early and was very prompt and efficient in getting the job done. My home looks fabulous with my new blinds and I couldn't be happier.
