A review for Templar Mould / Asbestos Analysis and Removal

My wife and I recently purchased a home in North York that was originally built in the early 1960s. We are doing some renovations and I had concerns about potential asbestos in the old plaster, wallboard/gypsum panels, and the attic insulation. I called Robert and within an hour he was at the house and having a thorough look around. He checked the duct work, furnace room, joists in the basement, the plaster walls, and the attic. Fortunately everything was clear. Robert was very informative the whole time, pointing out things to watch for and how to protect myself while doing any renovations (proper mask with P100 cartridges, at minimum!). Fantastic, friendly service, and I don't think I've ever had a person from a professional trade show up so quickly after the initial call. Highly recommended!

A review for Alliance Floor Source

Nemo from Alliance was great to work with. He is knowledgeable and upfront about wood choices, brands, price points, and the characteristics of the various flooring options (engineered vs. solid, etc.). He showed up promptly for the measurement of our house at the pre-arranged time, and quickly made some cost-saving recommendations regarding the installation. Even though we ultimately decided to do the installation ourselves, and changed the order several times as a result, Nemo was very accommodating and did not push back on us at all. Due to some special circumstances, Alliance was even able to show some flexibility on the price of the product, which was very much appreciated. Overall I would classify my experience with Alliance as "Excellent customer service!".
