When we first moved into our house, we have replaced our living room carpet. The carpet was well picked through good consultation provided by the contractors at this company. A review for ADT Security Services
This is one of the best home security services that I have received especially for a family that just moved into a house that is pre-setup with ADT Security services. We decided to continue services with them after the incident where the security alarm was beeping even through the midnight. No one in the household could sleep until the beeping noise stops. Even past midnight we have called their service support and was told how to deactivate the beeping sound through troubleshooting the problem supposed indicated through the lights and alarm behaviour.0 of 0 people found this review helpful.

A review for Direct Energy Home Services
Few years back, we've decided to go along with Direct Energy Water Heater rental. We have called them and getting confirmation on the appointment for when they are coming in to install the water heater. Everything here sounds smooth until once the water heater is setup. We notice our gas bill has tripled and got a gas supplier "Direct Energy"!!! This was alarming. I've called them multiple times and only to get constant transfers of calls and did not get questions answered. It was until the last call (Request to speak to manager) I made that I got my questions answered and only to found out someone forged my signature with pre-affirmation (will not receive phone calls to confirm). Customer Service here is a hit and miss. Of the 10 times I called to ask about the product pick-up availability, barely got any human response. The music they have while on hold was terrible. It forces people to walk into the store just to ask a question without firm confirmation if product has arrived at store...Not very customer friendly.0 of 0 people found this review helpful.
