A belated appreciation for the new roof and your friendly and professional approach to it. Of course, I was shocked at your initial estimate which was higher than others we had consulted. But the more you explained about the importance of ventilation and the need to create channels for the movement of air under the roof the more sense it made. Jobs done at neighbours' houses by other companies were cheaper, but much less thorough. The crew was friendly, efficient, and on schedule. We're very happy with the results, and have not hesitated to recommend Academia to colleagues and friends.
