Had to have rooms recleaned by supervisor. Kitchen cabinets were never cleaned. For $8,000 everything should have been sparkling. Dirty water from buckets was emptied into the tub and residue was never cleaned. Bathroom floors were not cleaned until I complained.

I love my carpet once I finally received it. The night before delivery was scheduled they called to tell me one room of my carpeting was still in production. It took an additional 2 weeks to get the final room and moving furniture additional times. When the second delivery date approached I checked to see if it was coming and found that there was another problem. Had I not called, I would not have known until the night before again. No follow up on problems.
