A review for Classic Home Inspections Inc.

A colleague recommended Brent from Classic Home Inspections to us and we are extremely pleased with the level of service and professionalism that Brent has exhibited. Certain circumstances required us to have a home inspection arranged and completed the same day. Brent was contacted in the morning and he arrived at the house a little early for his 1PM appointment. He performed a very thorough inspection that took 4 hours to complete. While Brent was inspecting the house he took the time to explain to me exactly what and where the issues are and provided insight on how I would go about repairing these issues. He answered every question put I forward to him and he ensured that I understood his responses. He did not rush through the inspection at anytime. I also appreciate the fact that Brent is willing to answer any questions I have following the completion of the inspection through phone, email, or text. The inspection report was handed to me immediately after the inspection and the photos emailed later that day. Purchasing a home is a major investment and finding the right person to do a proper inspection is very important. Put your mind at ease and give Brent a call.
