purchased TV and surround sound and once paid for had difficulty with scheduling a pick up, merchandise was not available as promised. very unhappy with the service received. Have returned items to the store with reciets and return policy is very very limited. would not purchase any major item from them in the future

team members were not enthusiastic about helping the customer. store was neat and clean. products are like all ace hardware stores, many items, wish they were more attentive. easy location and parking.

Very helpful and able to find and answer questions about almost everything. they help you find what you need, solve problems. they are very friendly and willing to assist the consumer in any way.

good service with all stores visited. Furnature of good quality and backing by the store. If not satisfied they will make the buyer happy with taking something back or correct the order.
