A review for Ultima Home Improvements Inc

Got a few different quotes and Ultima wasn't the cheapest, nor the most expensive, but its the knowledge they have that got me. They installed a total of 16 windows, 1 entry door, and a sliding patio door (3 of which are Bay Windows). Our old windows were downright horrible and needed replacement. All the windows are vinylbilt cashmere colour, the door from Palma, and the sliding door sunview. Albert had originally quoted and gave us some great ideas on how we could replace our front 32" front door with a sidelight, with one large 38" door. The problem was that the opening was bigger than the size of a standard door. Other contractors wanted to put capping around the extra gap, not ultima, they actually got the door manufacturer (Palma) to customize it. I was home for the install and watched the crew install my windows. I could go on about how great a job ultima did on my house, and how many compliments I have had, but I am going to post pictures, and you can see for yourself. Bay windows were custom measured and came in one piece straight from the factory. All windows are brickmould as well (Trust me, brickmould looks 1000X better than capping). Big thanks to Jason, Albert and the whole crew. You guys did a great job, and I would recommend to anyone!

My aging home was in dire new of new eavestroughs, I had many quotes, and installers even not show up. I called Royal Custom and Mike was very prompt to get me a quote and install date. Had these done in the spring, and I am very happy with the crafsmanship. Installers came when they said they would. I knocked a star off because I had one area that was pooling water, and I called them for service work, they came unannounced to fix, and ended up fixing wrong area.

Purchased from Costco, and these were the installers. I love the new Amarr door, and installation went very smooth. Install was quick and professional. I highly recommend this company to anybody in the market for a new door.

Had 2 fences to build with neighbours and decided on The Professional Post Hole Guy in Brampton. We decided to remove our old chain link and put semi private fences in. From the moment I called and dealt with them on the phone, I knew I would get a good job. We had a crew of about 5 guys who came with 2 trucks, one carrying the mobile auger, and the other truck for cement. They drilled and set the posts exactly where we wanted them, nice and deep too (4ft). They even made some great suggestions for us. Crew was amazing, guys were efficient, professional and this is how business should be done. Thanks for the great job, my neighbours and I were overly impressed with the job you did.

Needed the chimney cleaned because previous owner had used all the time. Noticed that i had lots of dust in my house and decided to call a local company for service. Receptionist and service person were very professional and polite. Work was completed as agreed, and they cleaned up after themselves, making sure to put a cloth down on my hardwood floors.

Needed to replace the springs on my garage door, called around and found pro-master to be the cheapest and quickest. They did a fantastic job, balanced out the door just perfectly, and that was in June 2008. Its now May 2012, and they are still going good. They were very professional and didn't try to up sell me on things I didn't need. I am in the market for a new door, and I will definitely be having them over for a quote.
