We called Todd as a referral from a friend. He came to our house and was very thorough in going over all our options in terms of materials and layout. He had some great ideas and the end product is excellent. A perfect setup for what we wanted. He had great follow up and the finishing is great - we get many compliments from people we know in the trades about the quality of the work.

Same review as under company name "MacRae GJ Foundation Repair". I contacted them on July 27 about a basement leak. They showed up 2 days later and promised a quote on Aug. 3. I heard nothing by August 10 so sent a follow up email. No response. Contacted them on Aug. 20th. They finally sentme a quote on Aug. 21 and promised to start in 2 weeks. It's now Sept. 19 and I've never heard from them since. I gave up and went with another contractor. (finally got an apology on Sept. 24).

I acknowledge our sales representative mishandled communications with Patrick from Oakville, July 2009.

We are a 30+ year company with a system in place. As we strive for perfection,everytime; we're not perfect. We have addressed the communications shortfall with the representative involved and will monitor more closely.

Mario was quick to return my call, showed up as promised, explained the process and provided a written quote on the spot. He booked a date with me, showed up on time, delivered quality service, cleaned up and left the place in good condition. The work seems very good. I would recommend Mario and his team.

I hired him to come install some tiles in my home. While he initially agreed to come on short notice to help me out with my time lines, he showed up 4 hours late, made a mess of my home and left the tiles uneven, unfinished and with missing grout. Never again.
