Last month Ivano installed floor to ceiling blinds throughout my condo... I'm extremely satisfied with my experience and would highly recommend New Image. Ivano was attentive to our requirements from the get go. He kept his word on when the blinds would be ready, and was very accommodating to our schedule. Last month we completed an extensive renovation to our home, and one of the focal points was the refacing of the staircase from old worn carpet to oak with new iron pickets. After doing some homework and research on Homestars, we set up an appointment with Rahaman to provide us with a quote. The quote we were provided with was extremely fair and inline with what we were expecting. He was very open to having us tour his workshop, and provided us with a good selection of samples to choose from for the handrail and pickets. One of the main selling points was also their ability to prestain everything at the workshop and exactly match the color of our new hardwood flooring. His team arrived to begin the work exactly when promised, and they were highly skilled and professional craftsmen, and always did a thorough cleanup of the work area after each day. They completed the first phase of the project within a matter of a few days. The next phase of the staircase project, which was the completion of the pickets, railings, and final coat of varnish, was going to have to be delayed for several weeks to allow for the completion of several other facets of the overall project. Rahaman was extremely flexible in this, and allowed us to pause the work for about a month until we were ready for them to come back and finish it. When we were ready, they came back and finished the work with spectacular results. Rahaman, it was a pleasure to work with you and your team, and we will recommend you to everyone we know. This is my second review of Adam and team. They did such a fantastic job a few weeks earlier that I brought them in again a couple weeks ago to smooth the ceilings in my living room, family room, and dining room. Once again, they were extremely accommodating with regards to scheduling, reasonable in pricing, thorough in prep and protecting the other areas of the house, diligent in their cleanup, and flawless in their execution of providing us with beautiful smooth ceilings that used to be ugly popcorn stucco. I would recommend them hands down time and again. Thanks Adam!

Adam came in as a subcontractor to finish off the skylight drywall of a new skylight installation. While he was here to provide an estimate, I asked him for a proposal to smooth out the ceiling in the area around the skylight, the foyer, and the hallway/stairs. His quote was very reasonable so we proceeded. Am I ever glad we met him! He is extremely professional and diligent. He kept all his time commitments, he worked faster than I ever thought possible for this type of work, and he took every step necessary to ensure that the dust contamination to the rest of the house was minimized. The finished work is FANTASTIC!! I look forward to using him again in a few weeks for some work on our kitchen reno. Thank you Adam for your great work!! Yesterday Skylights Unlimited completed the installation of a brand new skylight in our home. The results are nothing short of spectacular! We decided to go with a 4x4 skylight and a 7x7 flare opening... it's turned what was a dark entrance stairway/foyer into something incredible. Dealing with Denis and team was a breeze. He came over, did the measurements, offered great advice, and responded with a quote within the promised time. His proposal/quote was very reasonable. The job started on the date promised... his crew was extremely professional and knowledgeable, and took every precaution to minimize the dust and debris impact to the rest of the home. The workmanship was extremely high grade. Would I recommend Skylights Unlimited to my friends and family? Hell yeah!! Thank you Denis and team!
