An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. Assisted reviews receive the same scrutiny as other reviews and must follow our review guidelines.
We love our new kitchen. We live in an older house and our original kitchen was quite small by modern standards. It was a very tricky project. Kelly came up with an outstanding design. It was quite different from what we initially had in mind (and what some other companies suggested to us) but we are so happy that we took Kelly's advice. Our new kitchen not only looks beautiful but also makes very efficient use of our limited space. During the design stage we had to make a lot of decisions from overall look/design to the location of electrical switches. It could have been overwhelming but with Kelly's help the whole process felt very easy. Once the design was finalized we received a very detailed work schedule from KDP. It was very helpful since at the time we had some other contractors working in our house. The project was completed on time and budget. We were also very impressed with the quality. Paul and his team are superb. There were a couple of glitches on the way (which is probably expected given the size of the project) but Kelly made sure that these were resolved promptly and to our complete satisfaction. Overall, it was a great experience and we would definitely use Kelly's services again.
