Valentin showed up for an emergency situation and was able to diagnose the problem very quickly. We have had an issue with leaking when taking a shower for years and no one figured it out. Valentin diagnosed the problem and solved it quickly. He said that when the tub was installed, the installers did not put in a tiling flange causing water to seep through when taking a shower. He recaulked and then said to do this every year or else tear down the tiles and put in a tiling flange to solve problem permanently. This is the second time Valentin has helped us out. Very professional and courteous. Thanks Valentin!!!
