Purchase the Driving Belt for the Beam Central Vacuum Electric Power Head. The old one was loose. Purchased the original Beam Central Vacuum from Home Comfort Centre about 10 years ago and had them installed professionally. The unit has been working flawlessly. This is the first time I have to replace a part for the unit. At that time, the cost including installation was the best among all the authorized dealers in the area.

Purchased the Heat Element for Kenmore HE3 dryer last week. Installation is straight forward. Only issue is the pricing. The same Heat Element sold by the same supplier in US is about 40-45% cheaper. Why Canadian has to pay such a high premium when the dollars is at/above par.

The wall night with code number 258189 is a fairly good deal. Installation is fairly easy. However, 2 of the screw (white circlular shape) were stripped. Have to find a replacement.
