Andy Landsdown agreed to come on site and inspect a 3rd floor loft window that was recently installed and was leaking water onto the window sill on the interior. He was paid to consult and his recommendation was caulking - for which he followed through on the project to the end. He is an exceptional window expert with a broad network. I appreciated he made time in his busy schedule to accommodate my request - very service oriented. I highly recommend and would not hestitate to hire Solarium Repairs for any window issue that arises.

Peter came on site and offered recommendsations that would not only freshen up the paint but the overall decor of the house. I had a tight time line and so he started work immediately after I approved his reasonable quote. He took pictures and emailed them upon completion. The work was of highest quality and he was very neat and clean - taking care of the carpet etc. This company is honest, hard working and professional. They offer great value by providing top quality work for a reasonable price. I feel so fortunate to have had this company on the project

Laura Pollard offered her professional report complete with pictures of each room - accompanied by her personal recommendations for upgrades and - in some cases - a total re-design. She was most helpful and we implemented most of her changes in our renovations. This project is for an income property and so she kept her recommendations with that in mind.We would hire her services agian -when we deicde to sell the house in future.
