Our neighbour had thankfully woken us up in the early morning because we had a fire happening in our outdoor kitchen. The firemen had cut and shut off our gas line. Early this morning I contacted George from Gas Guy to let him know of our situation. George made it a priority to be here right away. He capped the gas line that was damaged, checked the rest of the house and had the heat up and running again. George my family and I thank you so much. We highly recommend Gas Guys

We have a professional Viking oven and it stopped working. It's not easy to find an appliance service repair company that can repair this type of oven. I called the manufacturer and they recommended Total Appliance Service. Chris arrived on time and as promised, he was very knowledgeable and did a great job and at a reasonable price. I highly recommend Total!

A review for Sandgate Construction Inc

About 5 years ago we hired Sandgate Construction to do our custom kitchen. We were so pleased with the results that when this new project was on our radar, we knew that we just had to call Sandgate. We had a bit of a mess on one side of our home, the ground was all small rocks that was basically from the front to the back just a few meters away from our backyard, many weeds growing in between those rocks and just an overall area to avoid. Our fence was just a mess and ready to come down. Todd arrived at our home and looked over the area and listened to what we would like to accomplish. Asked questions, took notes and said he will prepare a sketch of the plans and a quote. We received it as promised and we were happy to see that he captured our ideas and was clear as to what we wanted. The price was reasonable too. After we agreed to the proposal, Sandgate had a bin at our home and started to clear up the area. After that the work began and they finished up within the time frame promised. Great job on our custome fence and ground. Within a couple of days we noticed our sprinkler system was not functioning properly so my husband checked it over and noticed the hose was cut. We called Sandgate to let them know of the problem. They had someone come by 2 days later, assessed the situation and agreed that it was their fault in error. 3 days later, someone came by to fix it. Overall, we are pleased with the level of service and quality that sandgate delivers.

My husband was out of the country and I was out of the city in a remote area, when I got the call from my daughter letting me know that our sunroom door is smashed. My first concern was that someone was trying to brake into our home and the safety of my girls home alone. I had no idea who to call so, I tried our neighbor. Well he was away in Florida but, texted me back... Call Anna with her phone number. Before I could call Anna, she called me.... Well, after telling Anna everything that I could without actually being at home, Anna being concerned of our situation, left her office and arrived at our home (within 15 min). She called to tell me not to worry, the glass shattered from the inside and that she would have her crew at my home tomorrow. Well as promised they arrived, took down the glass and cleaned up all the loose bits. Waited for the custom window and they arrived back within a week, as they installed they realized that the glass door was not produced by the manufacturer correctly, apologized and said that they would not install the door knowing that its not at the specs it should be. I was okay with the wait, better to have the right product installed the first time, then be upset later with a problem door. They called me back within a short time and installed my door. They were quick, helpful and provided me great customer service. I totally recommend Apollo.

A review for Dolphin Pools & Spas Inc

We decided to open our pool for the Victoria Long weekend this year and noticed that our heater was not working. We are not committed to any pool service company so, I needed to do some research and try to find a company that can provide us great service at a reasonable price. I decided to contact Dolphin Pools Newmarket so, since they are nearby our home I went to their store. The staff were fabulous and took great care of me. I have been to the store last year to pick up necessities for our pool maintenance but, this year they expanded and now have a great variety of outdoor products. Great stuff for outdoor entertaining too! After doing a little comparison of pool services, we decided to hire Dolphin Pools. They arrived on time on the thursday before the long weekend in the morning, just as promised and did a great job cleaning the pool and getting it ready. Later on in the afternoon, the pool heater and the service contractor arrived on time. We discovered our pump was dead so, we had to get that taken care and without an issue or time delay, Dolphin came thru. The guys that opened our pool did come back the next day as promised to vacuum any remaining dirt at the bottom of the pool. Excellent Job!!
