Edgemont floors came to the rescue when the condo I purchased came with "puppy" water damage. Once they started, my condo revealed all sorts of defects left by the previous owners bad renovations. It ended up that the only thing I kept were the kitchen cabinets. As the project grew in scope so did the support I received from Shifteh, Vickey, Ali and everyone at the store. They may advertise as a flooring company but have skilled craftsmen that can cover any aspect of a renovation. Thank you Teimour, your carpentry skills are wonderful! Thank you to Ali , master tiler who came in to do the fireplace and kitchen and on short notice to redo a shower that I had done by another company and that had failed. Everyone involved always did their best to keep costs down by making suggestions along the way. I Happily recommend this company. A BIG THANK YOU TO ALL.

Mr. Hugh Ellis and his crew came and fixed serious drainage problems from around my house. They were always on time and efficient. I was kept informed of every aspect of the work that was going on. Mr. Ellis always had the patience to explain things and I always had his undivided attention. He and his team are great problem solvers and were able to save me money without cutting the quality of their work. After having to rip up a lot of ground around my garden and house every thing was put back with a few creative tweaks (at their suggestion) and no extra expense I was left with a much better backyard then before! They are all honest and hard working. As cliche as it sounds, those are the most important qualities that are increasingly hard to come by. I have since then used them for other smaller jobs inside my home and will continue to use them as long as I own a house!

When you have to spend a lot on a big problem you want someone honest and trustworthy. I found that and more in the company of Mr. Hugh Ellis. His quotes were as good as can be (since you never know what surprises might be uncovered) and during the whole process he would walk through every stage with me. No matter how many times his phone might ring I always had his full attention. We would discuss each step and I never felt he tried to hurry me as I attempted to grasp the situation. There were up to 5 people working on site fixing my drainage issues and after having to rip up my back yard and surrounding paths, everything was put back better than before. These guys are full of ideas that look good and save me money. I have since then used Ellis Design to find and fix a very sneaky leaky shower and will continue to use them for as long as I'm a home owner. Mr. Ellis gives spot on advice and if he doesn't know he says so and then hunts down the answer. I'm very grateful to have "old fashioned" hard working honest people to invite into my home and help me to take care of it!

We had all our lower sliding glass doors and windows replaced on our home. Mr. Duane Fernquist came, measured and quoted for the job. When the windows had been made to order (this took about 6 weeks) his team of two very efficient people came and did the install. They were always on time, and cleaned up the site every day. We're very, very happy with the job done and the quality of the windows is amazing (good screens and locks). If we ever replace another window it will be the Duane and the folks at Insul-Twin. Boss ped everything to find my mother who was terminally ill a shower seat. She went in hospital for one day and the boss ( in one day) found a shower bench in old inventory at some store, pulled people off another job and had it installed before she came home.
