REPEATED broken items, lame customer service

I placed a rather large order a month prior to Xmas, leaving more than enough time for it to arrive as most items were Xmas gifts. It took forEVER to receive it and when it arrived 3 days before Xmas, 5 of the items were busted/cracked/broken/chipped. 1 item (a box of drinking glasses) was missing 1 glass! It took me some time to be able to actually speak with a human being (they weren't returning my voicemail messages) and the best she could do was offer to re-ship the items...but of course I wouldn't receive them in time for Xmas and she didn't really care. They arrived Dec 29th. She justified the broken items to store workers who were still learning how to pack up shipments. Niiiiice. And by the way, the box my items was shipped in was so heavy that there was a STICKER on it from Canada Post warning that it weighed "over 50 lbs"........who in their right mind packs a box of breakables that heavy? My last, and I mean VERY LAST online order with them, again......5 items broken/busted/chipped/cracked. Horrible packing job again. I contacted customer service and she again could not have cared less. Most of the broken items were 'out of stock' so basically I was sh*t out of luck. I explained to her that for 2 years I'd been a very loyal customer and had spent hundreds of dollars there......but I was very VERY disappointed in receiving 2 orders with broken items. Did she offer any kind of coupon or promo code for my next order, as some kind of gesture? No. I emailed her to ask for this....and my request was completely IGNORED. Will never EVER shop there again unless I'm in the market for broken items.
