The cost of the project was very competetive with the other contractors, but what sold me was the cost to upgrade my shingles was minimal compared to the other roofers. We had our stairs converted to hard wood. We kept the existing hand rail and spindals. There was a huge selection of finishes to choose from so matching the existing stain was no problem. The job included all new treads and risers as well as new harwood for the landing. Excellent job. It looks like the staircase was original.
