Simply excellent service from start to finish. Speedy, efficient, knowledgeable, and reliable. Honest and excellent workmanship. Can't praise it higher. I had door knobs on my doors inside my house from the 40s or 50s, and you cannot lock the doors. Victory Locks installed 3 new door knobs with locks and it was very well done. If I have any future need, I will definitely hire Victory Locks again.

I experienced small volume of water coming from the tap of my washroom and thought it was something requires extensive work to be done. Valetin received my request, came promptly and did a very fair assessment. He told me that most likely I just needed to change my worn out tap, and it will be fine. He went to work immediately and got the tap changed in less than 1 hour. The efficiency was just amazing, and the experience of hiring someone knowledgeable, dependable and honest was a great feeling. He also did an assessment of a slightly dripping bathroom shower tap, and his advise was to do nothing for now, because the cost of doing anything outweighs the benefit. I totally agreed with the assessment. It was great working with Valetin. I think there should be more contractors like him out there. Thank you very much.

I contacted Matt to install a new toilet. The job eventually turned out requiring more work than expected due to the old-style toilet stand I had. Matt advised clearly what it would take and the cost, no trick no catch. He enlarged the toilet stand with grout, replaced the flange, re-tiled the stand, and re-installed the new toilet. His workmanship was solid. I am very satisfied with the work provided. His co-worker Raphael stayed after and cleaned up the bathroom and the work area. I am very satisfied with his service and will definitely reengage if there are future opportunities.
