A review for Clarke Basement Systems

We had the Superpump/Ultrapump installed in our basement and since then we have never had to worry about our basement being full of water again. Then came time to get it serviced which was this morning! I was given a call one hour ahead of schedule by the rep that was supposed to show up at my house. He let me know that he was on his way however due to the weather he was not sure what time he would get here on time. Then right at 9:30 (when he was supposed to be here) my doorbell rang and I was greeted by a very pleasant man Fitz Wilks! He was so knowledgeable and experienced I knew that my investment was in good hands! He was such a pleasure to have in my home I never once felt uncomfortable while he was here, which has happened in the past with service people. This was not the case with Fitz! I would recommend this company to anyone and everyone, especially if they have Fitz coming to their home. You will not have to worry about a thing! You will get service and personality that goes above and beyond! We sleep a lot better at night knowing that I have a company, with a state of the art product and exceptional employees like Fotz Wilks to protect biggest investment MY HOME!
