We had our old fencing removed and replaced by B&C Posts earlier in the summer we had Nelson come out and give us a quote at the recommendation from a neighbour. We cannot say enough great things about Nelson and his crew. Nelson came out to see us after we called for a quote, he was prompt, professional and knowledgeable. We were provided with a competitive quote within a few days along with the time frame he would have it completed. Once the work started, on the day he promised we were amazed at how quickly he and his crew worked. The site was always clean with the old fencing disposed of and they also put up temporary fencing when needed as we have a dog. They also had to work around existing trees, shed and tied in seamlessly to two existing gates. Nelson and his crew (I'm sorry i didn't learn their names) were always professional, courteous and took pride in their work. I am so glad I called Q-Design, they are truly a professional company that cares about their customers and the workmanship of their product. Crystal was professional, caring and patient throughout the whole process, just a pleasure to work with. She had many great suggestions on fabrics, treatments and hardware and brought over samples within our price range. We are thrilled with our draperies and the hardware that we finally decided on, have to mention the installer as well he was punctual and helpful as well as neat and tidy!.
