Bubba in Vaughan

This is our second new installation with Spring Home. The A/C unit at our rental property was malfunctioning and we made a service call. The technician was very thorough and patient in explaining everything that was happening. Unfortunately, the unit was beyond repair and the recommendation was to replace it. My only issue was the time it took to schedule the work which we were willing to deal with since we really didn't want anybody else installing the new unit. Quality work takes time and I believe a lot of people in the city recognize this when they are willing to wait for their scheduled installs.

Found Spring Home through Homestars and decided to give them a call. Cy came to look my home and the existing units. During this time, he took some time to explain all the functions for the home HVAC systems which I found informative. The installation went well and the technicians only needed 1 day to complete the job. Outside work was good, they took the time to even out the ground and lay the patio stone properly. All the piping was done as neatly as they can be. They also re-did some ducting work as it didn't fit the new furnace unit(other installers will probably just put a reducer or duct tape in place).
