We have probably bought over $20000 worth of tiles and vanities from Tiles Shoppe. We have spent a few weekends there, matching tiles, picking items. Staff are very helpful.. They helped us picking tiles, locating stocks in other stores when they ran out in Mississauga, and also check shipments of out of stock items, The price is right too. Got beautiful marbles of $4 per sq feet. Large Medellin for $600. Many lovely vanities for about $1500 each which usually sells elsewhere for double the price. Will shop there again

We were replacing our fireplace. Visited many stores and ended up bought from Charles with installation. Charles gave us an incorrect quote verbally. Later he emailed us the formal quote which was higher. We emailed him and asked. He realized he told us wrong verbally but still honored the verbal quote. The fireplace is installed well and the house looks a lot better with this new piece

We are replacing all toilets in the house. Bought five toilets from home depot. It took 3 months for my contractor to get to them and found out one doesn't fit and he already thrown away the box. Took back to home depot, without original receipt, no box and after 3 months. They refunded me! Good people

Furnace on my new home not working, It was installed by RC for previous owner, who bought full warranty. Called RC for emergency fix. Staff diagnosed and determined a replacement part is needed. Staff came back next day replaced the part. So two visits. Staff onsite are awesome...identified the problem quickly and appeared to know their stuff. However, previous warranties from original home owner were not honored, despite previous owner probably paid a ton to get it. Also, price quoted on phone was $120 before tax and ended paid $180 before tax for first visit and price quoted on phone for returning visit to replace part was $90 but ended up $95. I give them benefit of doubts that it was probably miscommunication. Nevertheless, it is a disappointing experience on my first time using them.
